Under the current Packaging Act, we are obliged to take back packaging that is not subject to system participation within the meaning of Section 15 (1) sentence 1 of the Packaging Act free of charge and to ensure that it is reused or recycled.

DOKAS uses the following packaging materials within the meaning of this regulation:

• Transport packaging (packaging that facilitates the transportation of goods in such a way as to avoid direct contact and transport damage and is typically not intended for transfer to the end consumer)
• Sales and secondary packaging that does not typically accumulate as waste with private final consumers after use.

We are obliged to take back this packaging free of charge at the place of actual delivery or in its immediate vicinity. If this is not possible, you have the option of returning the packaging to us. The decision as to whether packaging is returned or disposed of independently is made solely by the customer.

The purpose of this notice is to facilitate compliance with our recycling requirements. By providing information about the return options, we aim to achieve better results in the return of packaging and ensure a contribution to meeting the European recycling targets in accordance with EU Directive 94/62/EC.
